Client Activity Notes

Keep a timestamped interaction log for every client with note types, author tracking, and search.

Client Activity Notes give you a running CRM-style log on every client record. Track calls, meetings, emails, site visits, and general notes so your whole team stays aligned on client communication history.

Availability

Client Activity Notes require Starter or higher.

How It Works

Open a client's detail page and scroll to the Activity Notes section. Tap Add Note to log a new interaction. Each entry captures:

  • Note type -- General, call, email, meeting, or site visit
  • Body -- Free-text description of the interaction
  • Author -- Automatically recorded based on the logged-in user
  • Timestamp -- Date and time of the note, defaults to now
  • Pin -- Pin important notes to the top of the activity feed

Use the search bar and type filter to find past interactions quickly.
