Common troubleshooting

I invited a crew member but they did not receive the email.

Ask them to check their spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, verify the email address you entered is correct, then delete and re-create their account. Emails are sent from [email protected].

A job shows as "pending" but I assigned a crew member.

The job status stays as "Pending" until the crew member explicitly marks it as "In Progress" from their portal. Check if they have accepted the assignment.

My CSV import failed. What format is required?

Download the template file from the Import page for the exact column headers and format. Common issues: date format must be YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM, required fields cannot be blank.

I cannot log in — it says my organization is suspended.

Your organization account has been deactivated by a platform administrator. Contact support at [email protected] with your organization name to investigate.

The crew portal is not showing a job I just created.

The job must be assigned to that specific crew member for it to appear in their portal. Confirm the assignment on the job detail page. The portal also requires a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R) if the crew member already had the page open.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Settings → Subscription & Billing → Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your payment method, view past invoices, and manage your subscription.
