Attach spreadsheets, PDFs, and budgets to jobs with in-browser preview and category tagging.

Job Documents let you attach files directly to a job record so everything your crew needs is in one place. Upload budgets, material lists, punch lists, and reference documents without switching to a separate file sharing tool.

Availability

Uploading documents requires Starter or higher. In-browser spreadsheet preview requires Pro or higher. All plans can view and download attached documents.

How It Works

Open a job's detail page and scroll to the Documents section. Tap Upload to attach a file. Supported formats:

  • xlsx / xls -- Excel spreadsheets
  • csv -- Comma-separated data files
  • pdf -- Portable document files

Maximum file size is 20 MB per upload.

Each document can be tagged with a category:

  • General -- Catch-all for miscellaneous files
  • Budget -- Cost breakdowns and financial documents
  • Materials -- Material lists, spec sheets, supplier quotes
  • Punch List -- Outstanding items and completion checklists
