Plan Limits
What happens when you hit your plan's limits.
How Limits Work
Each plan has limits on active jobs, crew members, skill categories, clients, invoices, expenses, AI messages, and audit log history. When you reach a limit, you will see a message explaining what is full and how to upgrade.
Active Job Limit

Jobs with a status of Completed do not count toward the limit. If you are at the limit, complete or remove existing jobs, or upgrade your plan.
Crew Member Limit

Deactivating a crew member does not free up a slot -- only deleting them does.

Expense tracking requires a Starter plan or above.
AI Message Limit

AI messages reset at midnight UTC each day. This applies to the AI chat assistant, content suggestions, and Voice Quick-Fill.
Team Roles

Role creation rules:
- Owners can create any role, including other Owners
- Admins can create Coordinators and Crew Members
- Coordinators cannot create users
