Person Trail sends email notifications to keep your team in the loop. Emails are sent automatically when key events happen -- no configuration needed.
How It Works
Both Owners and Crew Members receive relevant notifications based on their role. Each email includes direct links back to the relevant job or page so you can take action immediately.
Owner Emails
Owners get notified when crew members complete jobs, report delays, or post progress updates. This keeps you informed without having to check the dashboard constantly.
Crew Member Emails
Crew members receive emails when they're assigned to a new job, when a job reminder is due, and when their portal account is first created with login instructions.
Delivery
Primary Provider
Email delivery is handled through a reliable email provider with high deliverability rates.
Automatic Failover
If the primary provider is unavailable, emails are routed through a backup provider to ensure nothing gets lost. This happens automatically with no configuration needed.
