Language Settings
Choose your preferred language for the Person Trail interface.
Person Trail supports 10 languages for the platform interface. Each user can set their own language preference independently.
Supported Languages

- Spanish (Espanol)

- Chinese - Simplified (中文)
- Russian (Русский)
- Polish (Polski)
- Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt)

How to Change Your Language
- Click your name in the top-right navigation bar to open the user menu.
- Find the Language section at the bottom of the dropdown.
- Click the language you want to use.
- The page will refresh with the new language applied.
Your preference is saved to your account and will persist across devices and sessions.
How It Works
- Language preference is stored per user, not per organization. Each team member can use the platform in their preferred language.
- Unauthenticated pages (login, signup, marketing) use your browser's language setting as a default.
- All navigation labels, buttons, form fields, system messages, and marketing pages are translated.
What Is Not Translated
- User-generated content: job descriptions, progress notes, and messages are shown as-is
- Documentation pages: the docs site is currently English-only
Trailblazer plans include auto-translation for per-job messages. Messages sent in one language are automatically translated for crew members who use a different language.
Availability
Multi-language support is available on all plans (Free, Starter, Pro, and Trailblazer).
