Accessing the Portal
How crew members log in and navigate their portal.
Crew members log in at the same URL as the main app. After login, they're automatically directed to their portal view based on their role.
Logging In
Visit the Person Trail login page and sign in with your email and password, or use a magic link for passwordless access.
Once authenticated, the system detects your role and routes you to the crew portal automatically. No separate URL or app needed.
Mobile-Friendly
The portal is fully responsive and works on any device -- phone, tablet, or desktop. There's no app to install. Just open your browser and log in.
Portal Navigation
From the portal, you can:
- View assigned jobs -- See all your upcoming and past jobs
- Update job status -- Clock in/out, post progress, report delays
- Manage your account -- Update your profile, skills, and availability settings
