Availability Settings

How crew members set their weekly schedule.

Each crew member controls when they're available for work. The scheduler respects these windows when running auto-assignment, so crew members only get assigned to jobs during hours they've marked as available.

Setting Availability

Crew members set their weekly schedule from the portal:

  1. Log in to the crew portal
  2. Go to Account > Work Availability
  3. For each day of the week, toggle the day on or off
  4. Set the start and end time for each available day
  5. Save changes

How It Affects Scheduling

When an Owner uses auto-assignment, the algorithm checks each crew member's availability windows against the job's scheduled time. If a crew member isn't available during that window, they won't be recommended.

Manual assignment still works regardless of availability settings -- the Owner can override if needed.

Updating Availability

Crew members can update their availability at any time. Changes take effect immediately for future auto-assignments. Jobs that were already assigned are not affected.
