Attendance Tracking
Track crew check-ins, on-site time, and off-site alerts for every job.
Know who showed up, when they arrived, and how long they stayed. The attendance log records every check-in and check-out for a job, flags off-site crew members, and calculates total time on site.
Availability
Attendance tracking requires Starter or higher.
How It Works
When a crew member clocks in to a job, an attendance record is created automatically. The record captures:
- Check-in time -- When they arrived
- Check-out time -- When they left (updated on clock-out)
- Duration -- Total hours and minutes on site
- Distance -- How far they were from the job site at check-in (in miles)
- Off-site flag -- Amber warning if the crew member checked in from a location that does not match the job address
The attendance log appears on the job detail page with a running count of records.
QR Code Check-In
Generate a QR code for any job and print it or post it on site. Crew members scan the code with their phone to check in instantly -- no need to open the app and search for the job. You can download the QR as a PNG or as a printable PDF sheet.
