Clock In / Clock Out

Track when crew members arrive and leave the job site.

Crew members can clock in and out of jobs directly from the portal. Every clock event creates a timestamped record in the job timeline, giving Owners a clear picture of when work started and ended.

How It Works

From the portal, a crew member opens their assigned job and taps the Clock In button when they arrive on site. When they leave, they tap Clock Out. Each event is logged with the exact time.

What Gets Tracked

Clock Events

  • Clock In -- Records arrival time and automatically sets the job status to In Progress
  • Clock Out -- Records departure time

On-Site Status

The on-site / off-site toggle tracks whether the crew member is currently present at the job location. This updates in real time so the Owner always knows who is where.

What the Owner Sees

Job Timeline

Every clock event appears as a timestamped entry in the job timeline. Owners can see when the crew member arrived, when they left, and the total time on site.

Live Status

If real-time updates are enabled, the Owner dashboard shows current on-site status without a page refresh.

Availability

Clock in/out is available on all plans -- Free, Starter, and Pro.
