Photo Uploads
Attach photos to progress updates from the field.
Crew members can attach photos to their progress updates directly from their phone. This is the fastest way to document work quality, site conditions, or issues that need attention.
Uploading Photos
When posting a progress update from the portal:
- Tap the Add Photo button
- Take a new photo or choose one from your camera roll
- The photo is compressed automatically for fast upload
- Add your text update and submit
Photos are stored securely and linked to the progress entry in the job timeline.
Viewing Photos
Owners can view uploaded photos from the job timeline. Click or tap any photo thumbnail to open it in a lightbox for a full-size view. Scroll through multiple photos if several were attached to the same update.
Common Uses
- Before/after shots -- Document the state of the work area before and after the job
- Issue documentation -- Photograph problems that need the Owner's attention (damage, missing materials, access issues)
- Quality verification -- Show completed work for remote sign-off
- Site conditions -- Record weather, terrain, or safety concerns
