Cascade Timeline
Visualize how delays in one phase ripple through the rest of a multi-phase job.
When one trade falls behind, every trade after them shifts. The cascade timeline shows each phase of a multi-phase job on a visual track, color-coded by status, so you can see exactly where a delay started and how many days it pushed downstream work.
Availability
The cascade timeline requires Pro or higher.
How It Works
Open a multi-phase job and scroll to the Cascade Timeline section. Each phase appears as a numbered step in sequence, showing:
- Phase name and assigned crew member
- Scheduled start date
- Status color -- Green (on time / completed), purple (active / in progress), gray (upcoming), red (delayed)
- Delay badge -- If a phase is behind schedule, a red badge shows how many days it shifted (e.g., "+3 days shifted")
A legend at the bottom labels the color codes so anyone on the team can read the timeline at a glance.
